The Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in partnership with the District of Columbia Chapter of the American Guild of Organists presents the 2017-2018 Music at the Monastery concert season. Jung yeon Kim has received several recognitions throughout her young career including being named a “rising star” performer in 2013 by Region III Convention of the AGO. She holds her doctor of musical arts degree from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University

The concert begins at 4:00 p.m., reception to follow.

Join us on the second Sunday of each month to enjoy performances on the Monastery’s Lively-Fulcher pipe organ, one of the top organs in the area. Coupled with the sacred beauty of the Franciscan Monastery, it’s an experience that will lift your soul.
