The Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in Washington, DC is pleased to host once more the Seven Nights of Lights (Luminaria), a beloved tradition now in its 26th year. For more than two decades, parishioners, pilgrims, and benefactors have marked Christmas Eve by honoring loved ones with a candle lit along the Rosary Portico.

Join us for the traditional Luminaria blessing and lighting on December 24 at noon, and for the evening viewing on December 27, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Franciscan Monastery.

The full alphabetical list of names will be posted online by Franciscan Monastery Garden Guild, making it possible for benefactors—near and far—to take part.

Order your luminaria by December 15 by visiting the Franciscan Monastery Garden Guild website
