Join the Franciscans Monastery Gardening Guild’s (FMGG) third annual Tomato Sauce Canning Thursday, August 16 through Saturday August 18. There will be two shifts per day running from from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. which include: cutting and processing San Marzano/paste tomatoes from FMGG’s vegetable farm well as cooking tomato sauce and canning. All proceeds are donated by the FMGG to the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land.
