Franciscan Friars celebrated the holy day with joy at the church of St. Anne in Jerusalem. The Missionary Fathers of Africa have guarded the holy site, said to be where Saints Anne and Joachim lived, since the late 19th century and welcomed the Franciscans. Read more.
