MASS AT 5 P.M. FOLLOWED BY RECEPTION AND DINNER AT 6 P.M.
For 800 years, the Franciscans have cared for the people and places of the Holy Land. We support children, families, refugees and others in need throughout the region, and keep Christianity alive in the land made holy by the birth, ministry, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. The Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in Washington, D.C., supports this critical mission. Our Monastery is also an oasis of peace, where replicas of Holy Land shrines invite Christians to step away from the busy city and into a place of pilgrimage.
Your gift to the Franciscan Monastery’s Annual Mass and Benefit Dinner supports the unique mission of our friars locally and in the Holy Land.
This year, we honor Paul Schott Stevens for his dedicated commitment to the mission of the Custody of the Holy Land, including his fourteen years of service on the board of the Franciscan Monastery.
We also welcome back acclaimed recording artist Friar Alessandro Brustenghi for an inspiring musical performance.
Thank you for your support!
